Types of Compensating Conductor
Type KCA & KCB (for Type K Thermocouples)
Uses an Iron and Copper-Nickel alloy. KCA is rated for use up to 150 circ text, while KCB is rated for temperatures up to 100 circ text.
Type NC (for Type N Thermocouples)

Working principle of Compensating Conductor
In the working temperature, the thermoelectric performance and the thermoelectric performance of the thermocouple are similar to the wire, called the compensation wire of the thermocouple. According to the measurement of the intermediate temperature of the thermocouple, the total electric potential value of the thermocouple temperature measuring circuit is only affected by the temperature of the hot end and the reference end, and has nothing to do with the change of the intermediate temperature. Therefore, the compensating wire that is compatible with the thermocouple material can replace the expensive thermocouple raw material that needs to be extended, connect the reference terminal to the junction box of the instrument terminal through the thermocouple, and then use the compensation wire to control the temperature of the original reference terminal. compensate.
