We manufacture this high pressure thermowell for oil, gas, chemical, and power plants with extreme operating conditions. The core structure uses solid round bar stock drilled from one piece. The root wall thickness reaches 6 to 15 mm. This product handles static pressures from 10 to 250 MPa. This far exceeds ordinary seamless tube thermowells that only handle up to 2.5 MPa. We use 316L, 310S, Inconel 600, and Hastelloy C276 materials. This covers everything from clean water and steam to sulfur-containing and chloride-containing high-pressure media. Every product goes through a water pressure test before shipping. We test at 1.5 times the working pressure for 10 minutes with no leakage. This ensures absolute safety.
