Solid Drilled for Extreme Pressure

We manufacture this high pressure thermowell for oil, gas, chemical, and power plants with extreme operating conditions. The core structure uses solid round bar stock drilled from one piece. The root wall thickness reaches 6 to 15 mm. This product handles static pressures from 10 to 250 MPa. This far exceeds ordinary seamless tube thermowells that only handle up to 2.5 MPa. We use 316L, 310S, Inconel 600, and Hastelloy C276 materials. This covers everything from clean water and steam to sulfur-containing and chloride-containing high-pressure media. Every product goes through a water pressure test before shipping. We test at 1.5 times the working pressure for 10 minutes with no leakage. This ensures absolute safety.

Three Critical Safety Functions

This high pressure thermowell solves three key problems in high-risk industries. First, it provides pressure sealing protection. It isolates high-pressure fluids, gases, steam, and oils. This prevents pressure media from damaging the internal temperature sensor. It also stops leaks and explosions. Second, the product allows online sensor replacement without shutdown. The thermowell stays welded or flanged to the pipe. You can pull out the temperature element for maintenance while the system keeps running. This increases production efficiency. Third, the product resists high-speed flow erosion and vibration. The tapered or stepped thick structure weakens high-pressure media erosion. The thick solid bar construction handles pipe vibration and water hammer. In oil and gas wellheads at 15-70 MPa, our nickel-alloy product performs reliably. In power plant main steam lines at 10-18 MPa, the 310S product runs for years without issues.
