The KC-K Ordinary compensation line is a dedicated cable engineered for K-type (NiCr-NiSi) thermocouples, core function is extending the cold junction to a temperature-stable environment and ensuring accurate signal transmission with cold junction compensation. With thermoelectric characteristics precisely matching K-type thermocouples, the product excels in mid-high temperature adaptability, stable transmission, and strong anti-interference ability. The product delivers outstanding performance: DC resistance ≤3Ω/100m (conductor ≥1.0mm²), stable operation in -40℃~260℃ (varies by sheath), and resistance to wear, aging, and corrosion (fluoroplastic type). It meets GB/T 4989 industrial safety standards with insulation resistance ≥100MΩ and voltage resistance ≥1500V/5min.

 

With two precision grades (consistent with K-type thermocouple requirements), it suits diverse needs: precision grade for critical industrial processes and general grade for routine monitoring. Widely applied in chemical reactors, metallurgical heat treatment furnaces, power boilers, and building materials kilns, the product ensures reliable signal transmission for K-type thermocouple systems, supporting stable industrial production.
