The product delivers outstanding performance: DC resistance ≤5Ω/100m (conductor ≥1.0mm²), insulation resistance ≥100MΩ, and voltage resistance ≥1500V/5min. It operates stably in -40℃~400℃ (varies by sheath) and resists high-temperature radiation and corrosion.

Following GB/T 4989, it offers two precision grades: precision grade (±1.5℃ or ±0.4%t) for high-temperature experiments and key industrial processes, and general grade (±3℃ or ±0.75%t) for routine high-temperature monitoring. Widely applied in metallurgical furnaces, chemical high-temperature reactors, power boilers, and scientific research, it ensures reliable signal transmission for S-type thermocouple systems.
