A digital temperature controller is an industrial instrument with data acquisition and control functions, primarily used in power, petrochemical, metallurgical, light industry, pharmaceutical, and aerospace industries. This device acquires field signals such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and speed to achieve display, control, remote transmission, communication, and printing functions, forming a digital acquisition and control system.

The product adopts a dual-screen LED digital display structure, equipped with a bar graph analog indicator (0-100%), supports 36 signal input types, and has a 0.2% measurement accuracy. Its input signal resolution can be switched to 1℃ or 0.1℃, and it has built-in alarm functions such as upper and lower limit alarms, delay alarms, and disconnection alarms, equipped with LED alarm indicators. The device is equipped with an RS485/RS232 serial interface, adopts the standard MODBUS RTU communication protocol, supports RS232C printing function, and manual/timed/alarm printing modes. The input, output, power supply, and communication modules employ opto-isolation technology, and a built-in DC24V power supply output can power the transmitter. Various body sizes are available for selection. The parameter settings feature password locking and power-off save functionality, and the system supports restoring original settings.

The digital temperature controller collects, displays, controls, transmits remotely, communicates, and prints various signals such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and speed, forming a digital acquisition and control system. It is widely used in many fields, including power, petrochemical, metallurgy, light industry, pharmaceuticals, and aviation.
