Its thermoelectrodes mirror those of assembled thermocouples, from NiCr-NiSi (K-type) to premium PtRh alloys (S/B-type). Insulation relies on high-purity magnesium oxide powder, with alumina or zirconia ceramic powder for low-temperature applications.

Following national standards, the product offers two accuracy grades: Class Ⅰ (high precision for laboratories and scientific equipment, e.g., K-type allows ±1.5℃ or ±0.4% t in 0~1100℃) and Class Ⅱ (cost-effective for industrial use, K-type allows ±2.5℃ or ±0.75% t in the same range). Perfect for narrow spaces (mold cavities, motor windings), vibrating equipment (turbines, construction machinery), and rapid temperature tracking (food processing, chemical reactors), the product stands out as a versatile solution for demanding temperature measurement tasks.
