Every Platinum-rhodium thermocouples is built with high-quality materials to ensure durability and accuracy. Its thermoelectrodes include cost-effective K-type (NiCr-NiSi) and E-type (NiCr-CuNi) for medium-low temperatures, plus high-precision S-type (PtRh10-Pt) for 300~800℃ high-temperature tasks.

 

Soft lead insulation materials are tailored to temperature: PVC/PE for ≤200℃, PTFE for 200~500℃ (acid/alkali resistant), and glass fiber braid for 500~800℃ (high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant). Micro protective tubes use 304 stainless steel (dry environments) or corundum ceramic (high-temperature harsh conditions).
